🟡There’s no actual dancing in barre.
Even though our roots are seeded in ballet, you don’t have to be a dancer or have any dancing experience nor should you expect to DO any dancing.

🟡Barre is not a trend.
Our fitness format isn’t going anywhere. And although our form of barre has certainly evolved and is not the same as it was in the 70s when it was first created, the principles of this style of fitness are lasting for a reason 👉🏼 it’s effective, it’s safe & it’s fun.

🟡YOU can do barre.
Yes - you can. The top 2 excuses we hear:

“I’m not coordinated enough.”
(Go back and read the first bullet point!) Also - we WORK on coordination (just like we work on balance, strength and endurance….it’s one of the reasons WHY you should take class!

“I have to be better shape before I take a class”
🙉Nope. Not so. We give you options. You get to choose what you want or can do that day. And we encourage you to progress over time. There is 0️⃣ judgement when you walk in our door. You just have to show up.
