Tammy Gering- Barre Instructor

Growing up in California, fitness has always been an important part of Tammy's life.  She competed on a swim team from the time she was four, was always in gymnastics and dance and played pretty much every sport she could fit in her schedule.  She graduated from California State University Chico with a teaching degree but decided she needed to be in a profession that had more adult interaction.  Now, as a wife, mother of two and hairstylist she needed to find a workout that could fit in her busy schedule and see dramatic results.  Barre was just that.  After the first class Tammy knew that Barre was the workout she had always been looking for and fell in love with it.  Tammy regularly attended classes for two years and pursed months of training to become certified as a Spokane Barre instructor.

Brynne Gadbury- Barre Instructor

Born in Long Beach, CA, raised in Vancouver, WA, Brynne grew up an athlete participating in a diverse array of sports until she finally found her true love, ballet, at 18 years old. A mix of dedication and fanaticism allowed her to study ballet and other dance genres intensely at the Dance Theatre of Harlem in NYC, which became the catalyst for a new love of fitness and health. After beginning her journey as a gym fitness instructor in 2012 she later found Spokane Barre and discovered that it was like nothing else, the perfect niche in which she knew she had to be involved. Brynne is NSCA certified and absolutely thrilled and proud to be in the SB familly.

Laura Grueber- Barre Instructor

Laura has three children and is married to David Gruber, MD a board-certified pediatric and adult neurosurgeon.   Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Oregon State University and a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Southern California.

Lisa Silvestri used to hold her breath. A graduate of Deborah Williamson’s 200-Hour Power Yoga Teacher Training, Lisa delivers a dynamic and playful yoga class that will get you breathing, flowing, laughing, and sweating. Also certified in hands-on assists, Lisa will help you access your deepest pose and fullest expression. So be prepared for a challenge and don’t hold your breath!  Her vigorous yoga classes are derived from Ashtanga Vinyasa (classical Indian yoga) and focus on movement and breath.
